Ashley Johnston, a Shareholder at Gray Reed, focuses her practice on healthcare and corporate transactional matters. She advises clients on the formation and reorganization of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, and physician/hospital contracts. Ashley has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts including physician services agreements and physician employment agreements, and works with clients on a wide array of transactional, operational and regulatory matters. Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Ashley received her law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Duke University.

Andy Meyercord, shareholder and managing partner of Gray Reed’s Dallas office, focuses exclusively on healthcare and transactional matters. Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he has advised physician groups, hospitals and other healthcare providers in all areas impacted by health laws for over 25 years. In addition to providing ongoing representation to some of the largest physician organizations in Texas, Andy advises clients on a broad range of legal issues relating to the structuring, organization, licensing and operation of ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
