Gray Reed Attorney Attains Board Certification in Commercial Real Estate Law

Gray Reed & McGraw is pleased to announce that Lindsey Postula has received her Board Certification in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Lindsey concentrates her commercial real estate practice in the preparation and negotiation of commercial retail and office, and single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial leases.  In addition to representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation process, she has prepared real estate and lease-related documentation to facilitate multi-million dollar asset and equity purchases and complex financing arrangements.  She has extensive experience in the review and negotiation of agreements between landlords, tenants, and banks, including landlord lien subordinations, non-disturbance agreements, personal guaranties, and letters of credit.

In addition to her primary leasing practice, Lindsey assists her clients with myriad real estate and business matters, including the acquisition of restaurant franchises, the purchase, sale, financing and development of real property, and ancillary contractual arrangements.  Throughout this process, she leverages her financial background to provide practical legal advice for commercial enterprises.

The Texas Board of Legal Specialization, authorized by the Supreme Court of Texas, certifies attorneys in 20 specific areas of law. Board certification helps ensure that the citizens of Texas receive the highest quality legal services. For more information, please visit http://www.tbls.org/.
