HOUSTON  - Gray Reed & McGraw has further expanded its Corporate Practice Group with the addition of Paul Leitner as an Associate in the firm's Houston office.

Mr. Leitner has experience in general corporate and securities matters with an emphasis on registered securities offerings and private placements, largely in the energy and natural resources industries.

His capital markets experience includes representation of both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings as well as public and private offerings of equity and debt securities of oil and natural gas exploration, natural gas pipeline, and shipping companies.  Mr. Leitner also counsels companies in connection with periodic reporting, insider/ownership reporting and corporate governance issues.

Mr. Leitner received his B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association.
