Adrogue, Crabtree and Kelsheimer Published in The Advocate

Gray Reed attorneys Sofia Adrogue, Travis Crabtree and Michael Kelsheimer are published in the Fall 2011 issue of The Advocate.  Adrogue serves on the Editorial Board of The Advocate and served as the Chair of the Fall Issue.  Adrogue authored and edited an article with Judge Caroline Baker on the status of litigation; additionally, Crabtree and Kelsheimer authored an article on privacy rights.

The Advocate is a quarterly journal published by the Texas State Bar Litigation Section, which provides legal updates and pertinent information to thousands of  state bar members.

Sofia Adrogue handles complex commercial litigation and multi-party proceedings in state and federal courts as well as in ADR proceedings throughout the United States and abroad. He provides advice and counsel to clients at all stages of conflict from avoiding disputes, to alternative dispute resolution, trials and appeals.  Crabtree brings a unique perspective to his internet marketing, online media and commercial litigation practice, exploring the emerging legal issues and trends for internet marketing and online media on his blog, "eMedia Law Insider".

Michael Kelsheimer focuses his practice on the employment law needs of Texas businesses and executive employees. He has experience in a wide variety of employment and commercial matters including cases involving race and sex discrimination, fair labor standards, covenants not to compete, deceptive trade, fraud, negligence, and enforcement of contracts in state and federal courts as well as through binding arbitration.  Kelsheimer is also the author of the Texas "Employer Handbook", a monthly guide for Texas business owners.
