75 Attorneys from 40 countries Join Gray Reed for Three-Day Conference
(Houston) – More than 75 attorneys from 40 countries around the world converged on Houston, Texas for a three-day international law conference hosted by Gray Reed & McGraw. The conference is part of First Law International’s (FLI) spring conference.

In addition to a CLE presentation, the conference showcased the best of Houston, including time spent at Minute Maid Park, the Texas Medical Center and the Port of Houston Authority.

“Houston truly is an international city and we were delighted to share it with our fellow member firms,” Gray Reed President and Managing Director J. Cary Gray said.

Presenters from the United States, England, Ireland, Germany and Belgium shared their expertise on everything from ethics, life sciences, energy and data protection.  The conference also provided opportunities for networking, as FLI firms refer work to each other across the globe.

FLI is the Brussels-based hub of a global network of 65 independent, national law firms.  It provides a network of firms for referrals but also works to seek and develop business for the network itself.  FLI is ranked as one of the top networks in the world by Chambers Elite.
