Gray Reed Attorneys Selected As 2015 Best Lawyers in Dallas

(Dallas) – Gray Reed & McGraw proudly announces the selection of attorneys Andy Meyercord and Tom Rhodus to D Magazine “Best Lawyers in Dallas 2015” list.

The "Best Lawyers in Dallas 2015" list highlights attorneys across 35 practice areas. The peer-selection process posed the question: "Which Dallas lawyers, of those whose work you have witnessed firsthand, would you rank among the current best?" Respondents provided two attorneys from outside their firm and one inside their firm in their area of practice. After tallying the votes, D Magazine editors worked with a panel of attorneys to evaluate the nominees.

For over 25 years, Andy Meyercord has advised physician groups, hospitals, and other health care providers in all areas impacted by the health laws. In addition to providing ongoing representation to some of the largest physician organizations in Texas, he has devoted a substantial portion of his time advising clients on a broad range of legal issues relating to the structuring, organization, licensing and operation of ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals.

Tom Rhodus has helped clients navigate the confusing landscape of federal regulation and law enforcement, thanks to his 40-year legal career. For the first seven years, he was a trial attorney with the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Tom has taught courses in federal tax procedure as an adjunct professor at SMU's Dedman School of Law for over 25 years. He has also been privileged to represent some of the largest physician groups in Texas on an on-going basis in the numerous business, tax and regulatory issues that arise in their practices.
