Company Policies Keeping Employees From Trying to Stop Thieves

KRLD Radio in Dallas interviewed Michael Kelsheimer on a gas station employee in Fort Worth who was fired for following some thieves who took five cases of Coors Light from the store. The employee, who had worked for the company for 23 years, was trying to get some information on the thieves' vehicle.
