Partner Selected as a 2008 Texas Executive Woman
Houston Woman Magazine

Sofia Adrogué, P.C., a partner at the law firm of Gray Reed & McGraw, has been selected as a 2008 Texas Executive Women “Woman on the Move” and also as one of Houston’s 50 “Most Influential Women” by Houston Woman magazine.

The “Women on the Move” awards were inaugurated by Texas Executive Women and the Houston Chronicle as a forum to honor outstanding women leaders in the Houston area. The purpose is to celebrate the accomplishments of women in their professional and community activities. Only 210 women have received this honor since 1985. The 50 “Most Influential Women” were all nominated by readers of Houston Woman magazine. Each was chosen because her sphere of influence was deemed to be “vast and powerful.” The women chosen come from many different walks of life, including energy, law, medicine, non-profits, oil and gas, media, politics, real estate and theology.

Adrogué handles complex commercial litigation and multi-party proceedings in state and federal courts as well as in ADR proceedings throughout the United States and abroad. She represents clients in all industries, ranging from entrepreneurs in rural Texas to multinational conglomerates with diversified worldwide business holdings. She also represents parties in peer review proceedings and/or before state regulatory or licensing agencies in the healthcare arena.
