Gray Reed & McGraw Welcomes New Attorneys to Houston Office

Gray Reed is pleased to announce the arrival of three new attorneys to the firm’s Houston office. Glen Eichelberger and Mary Mason join the firm’s trusts & estates practice, while Kelley Clark joins the firm’s commercial litigation section.

Eichelberger, a shareholder, focuses his practice on all aspects of trust, estate and philanthropic planning and administration. A licensed CPA, he advises clients on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes as well as the implementation and administration of complex estate planning structures, including charitable planning and administration of family foundations and other non-profit organizations. He is also Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Eichelberger attended the University of Houston Law Center and received his M.B.A and undergraduate education at Baylor University.

Mason will serve as counsel, focusing her practice on matters related to probate wills, the administration of decedent’s estates, trust administration and guardianships of incapacitated individuals. She also has experience preparing federal estate and gift tax returns and handles negotiations with the IRS. Mason is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, received her law degree from the South Texas College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.

Clark, an associate, focuses her commercial litigation practice on commercial disputes and intellectual property matters. She worked as a briefing attorney for Judge Paul W. Green of the Supreme Court of Texas and interned with Judge Jeffrey C. Manske of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Clark was valedictorian of her class at Baylor Law School and attended the University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate education.
