Gray Reed is pleased to welcome new associate Ben Fedorko to the firm’s trust and estates team in Houston.

Fedorko focuses on all aspects of trust, estate and philanthropic planning and administration for individuals and families. Ben advises clients on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes as well as the implementation and administration of complex estate planning structures, including charitable planning and administration of family foundations and other nonprofit organizations.

He also has experience in general corporate and securities matters, including a wide range of public and private merger and acquisition transactions, joint venture formations, venture capital investment structures and other corporate governance matters.

Fedorko is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. He received his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston (summa cum laude) and undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School (cum laude).
