Gray Reed & McGraw has further expanded its Real Estate Practice Group with the addition of David Montgomery as a Member in the firm's Houston office.

David has over 16 years of experience in real estate transactions, specializing in development. He has worked on transactions with owners/developers all across the country on a wide range of projects, including multi-family, retail, office/commercial, industrial, resorts, hospitality, restaurants, senior living facilities, a foreign embassy, correctional facilities, construction and wind energy development.

David received his B.A. (Economics) in 1990 from the University of Missouri, and his J.D. in 1993 from the University of Houston Law Center, where he served as Associate Editor of the Houston Law Review.  David is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association, and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
