Attorney Christopher Harris Joins Gray Reed & McGraw

Gray Reed & McGraw has further expanded its Taxation Practice Group with the addition of Christopher Harris as an Associate in the firm's Dallas office.

Mr. Harris, who joins Gray Reed & McGraw from Brown McCarroll LLP, has experience in federal income and estate tax matters.  His practice includes advising clients on tax-efficient structures for corporate mergers, acquisitions, divisions, and reorganizations both domestically and internationally.  He also advises clients on the formation, capitalization, and liquidation of partnerships, s-corporations and other pass-through entities.

Additionally, Mr. Harris represents individuals in all aspects of their business and estate planning needs.  He focuses on the preparation of wills and trusts, the creation of family limited partnerships and other entities, and the analysis of related estate tax, gift tax and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.

Mr. Harris received his B.B.A. from Texas A&M University, his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
