Gray Reed & McGraw has announced the addition of Michael J. Hammond in the Dallas office as an associate.

Hammond joins Gray Reed & McGraw after four years with Bradley & Cain LLC, where his practice primarily focused on oil and gas transactions, including title work and pre-litigation disputes, as well as general property, real estate and civil litigation.

Hammond received his J.D. from the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth, where he held a number of leadership positions and earned several awards, including the Abraham Lincoln Leadership Award. Prior to studying law, Hammond earned his B.A. in political science with a minor in business administration from the University of Texas in Arlington.
