Gray Reed & McGraw welcomes four associates to the firm, Ben Smith and Maryann Zaki in Houston and Trinitee Green and Cole Robinson in Dallas.
Trinitee Green joins Gray Reed after a year and a half clerking for a federal bankruptcy judge. She is a Cum Laude graduate of SMU's Dedman School of Law, where she was a member of the DFW Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers, the Golden Key International Honour Society and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. She also graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
Cole Robinson joins Gray Reed & McGraw as an associate in the firm's Dallas office. He worked as a summer associate in 2011 and 2012. In that time, he has gained experience in the firm's corporate section, drafting an agreement between two start-up companies and drafting memoranda regarding tax-exempt organizations, general and limited partnerships under Florida law, and various Texas statutes of limitation. He is an alumnus of Baylor University, where he graduated with a degree in business. He also graduated cum laude from SMU's Dedman School of Law.
Ben Smith joined Gray Reed & McGraw as an associate in the corporate section in 2013. His work focuses primarily on energy matters. Ben is a graduate of Baylor University and the University of Houston Law Center, where he received the American Jurisprudence (AmJur) Award for highest grade in the class.
Maryann Zaki focuses her practice at Gray Reed & McGraw on litigation matters. She is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy and graduated Cum Laude, in the top 15 percent of her class. She was also inducted into Order of the Barons. While in law school, Maryann served on the UH Moot Court team, where she was a semi-finalist in the Mercer Legal Ethics competition and served as the Vice Chair of Outreach. She interned for United States District Judge Gray Miller.
