Gray Reed & McGraw Promotes Lindsey Postula to Shareholder

(Houston) Gray Reed & McGraw has named Lindsey Postula a shareholder at the firm’s recent shareholders’ meeting in Houston. She joined Gray Reed as an associate in 2007.

Based in the firm’s Houston office, Lindsey concentrates her practice on commercial real estate.  In addition to regularly representing landlords and tenants, she handles all aspects of large scale asset and equity purchases, sale leasebacks, construction matters, and complex financing arrangements.  She previously practiced from the firm’s Dallas office.

Lindsey became Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law in 2011 and served on the Real Estate Legislative Affairs Committee for the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas in 2013. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers from 2012 to 2014.

“Lindsey’s work is exceptional, most notably being recognized as a finalist in the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deal of 2009,” Gray Reed President and Managing Director J. Cary Gray said. “We look forward to her many valuable contributions in years to come.”

Lindsey received her J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law and her B.B.A. in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.
