Fall is in the air. No, wait, fall is definitely not in the air because it is still 90 degrees here in Dallas. In any event, we are coming up on November elections. The election for the Big Kahuna is still a year away, but there are several local issues coming up for vote.
 
What's that got to do with employees you ask? Well, you may not be aware of this, but employees have certain rights related to voting. They are entitled to time off to vote and your office political fanatic can't pressure them to vote a certain way.
 
Reading this edition is a vote to stay out of trouble.
